I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far! I’m totally feeling under the weather (I caught a case of the cold, unfortunately) but overall, I can’t complain. I’m certainly enjoying these last few days of warm weather, I will tell you that much! The opportunity to continue wearing some of my favorite summer pieces is simply awesome.
On my last post, How to Wear Shorts to Work, I talked about how much I love my shorts for the warm weather season. Given that we’re still enjoying some of the gorgeous summer temps, I decided to have my shorts hanging around my closet for a bit longer. Today I’m sharing how I wear my jean shorts in early fall, weekend style.
I paired my jean shorts with this chic, long sleeve, burgundy, ruffle top because besides fitting like a dream – it’s the perfect color and style for the fall. This top does a great job at keeping one warm while looking fresh for the new season. I really love this top, you’ll be seeing it a lot this fall. #sorryimnotsorry #lol
I styled these outfit with my favorite wedges, these are extremely comfortable, btw! To complete this look, I added these gorgeous tassel earrings from Charming Charlie because 1) I’m obsessed with these kind of earrings and 2) I loved how it looked against the ruffle top. White and burgundy have a great chemistry together if you ask me!
